Tanaka ECV 4501 15" Petrol Chainsaw

The Tanaka ECV 4501 is a 15" petrol chainsaw powered by a 43cc 2.5hp 2 stroke engine with a vertical cylinder which provides increased power and reduces noise and vibration. The decompression system enables quick and easy start and reduces the resistance in the starter mechanism by upto 70 percent - just pull out the choke/trigger lock and go. A air filtration system removes more particles from the air intake system for increased performance and engine life. The ECV 4501 weighs just 4kg and features a set of four anti-vibration mounts, making the ECV 4501 difficult to beat in terms of handling and manoeuvrability.

Built for both commercial and home owner use the Tanaka ECV 4501 comes with a 15" Oregon bar and a adjustable chain-oiler that facilitates the efficient cutting of different types of wood while a fast-acting chain-brake that's triggered in a fraction of a second should a knot in the wood cause the saw to ‘kick-back'.
